Nancy: Smartoys will voluntarily recall the toy trademarked X -Train manufactured betweenApril 2013 and September 2013 in Woodland. While Helwood was required to use plastic from Smartoys, it instead viola ted Smartoys' standard and utilized unap proved plastic purchased locally.
